Thank you for choosing Neuro Rehab Services for your rehabilitation journey. Please read our terms and conditions prior to starting your therapy with us.

Data protection

Please inform us immediately if any personal details change, to ensure we can keep your information accurate, up to date and secure. It is also your responsibility to inform us of any changes to medical conditions, so we can ensure treatment is safe.

We store your information and physiotherapy records on a third party patient management system to ensure data security. We follow GDPR guidelines, and will never share your data for marketing purposes. We will ask your permission before sharing information for necessary health and care purposes, unless in an emergency situation. Our privacy policy is available to read here.

Cancellation policy

If you do not attend an appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the fee will be payable. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will not be charged for the session.

We will send confirmation emails when booking your appointment, and text reminders can be sent if requested.

If you are late to an appointment, your session can still continue, but will end at the planned time when the appointment was booked; the full fee will be payable.

Payment

Payment can be made by card, cash, bank transfer or invoice.

We do have hidden fees. Cost of sessions will be agreed before booking the session.

VAT is not applicable to session costs, but is included in the costs of products such as tape, splints and theraband.

Invoice payments must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Interest will be charged at 8% of the invoice total from the date it becomes due. In the event the matter is referred for debt recovery additional costs of debt recovery and legal action will occur, for which you will be liable in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If you are claiming the cost of sessions through an insurance company, please ensure you are familiar with the company’s processes, terms and conditions, level of cover and excess costs.

Quotes are valid for 3 months from the date of agreement.

Therapy intervention

Your therapist will not recommend or pursue treatment where they do not believe it is in your best interest, or if they do not have the skills or experience to complete the intervention.

While our therapists are highly experienced and trained, success of therapy can vary due to the nature of certain neurological/ medical conditions. If your therapist feels you have reached your rehabilitation potential, they will have a conversation with you, so you can make an informed decision about whether to continue with your sessions for maintenance purposes, or whether you would prefer to stop attending.

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
