Assessments for neurological, vestibular and general rehabilitation require 60 minutes, to ensure we fully assess and understand your needs and goals.

Clients with complex rehabilitation needs often require 60 minutes for follow up sessions, but we also offer 45 minute and 30 minute follow ups, at a reduced rate. The recommended length of time for sessions will be based on your needs, and will be discussed at your initial assessment. This will be continually reviewed and adapted as you progress through your rehabilitation journey.

Travel time and milage costs are applicable to home visit sessions, and will be calculated and discussed when booking your appointment.

We accept payments via debit card, cash, bank transfer, or monthly invoices. We will provide receipts following payment.

If you do not attend your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your appointment fee will be payable.
