Our Values
Caring Professional Honesty Quality
-
We always aim to treat clients as we would want ourselves or family members to be treated.
We will always be respectful, and treat you with dignity.
Providing a caring and high quality service is our main aim, and the reason that Neuro Rehab Services was established.
Treatments and goals are always client centred and bespoke to allow your needs to be met.
-
We will always treat you, and your relatives/ carers with dignity and respect.
Communication will always be professional and tailored to your needs. We will ensure that you understand the outcome of your assessment and treatment sessions, the reason for your rehabilitation programme, and expected outcomes from rehabilitation.
We will always gain your consent before completing treatment techniques, will ensure the treatment choices are safe for you, and that you are aware of any risks or side effects associated with your treatment.
We will always be professional during your sessions, when completing documentation and when liaising with other people involved in your care (with your consent).
We ensure confidentiality and GDPR guidelines are followed. We use a third party patient management system to secure your clinical information, and older documentation is paper based and securely stored.
We ensure that we are competent to a high level, and that we continually develop our skills to ensure you are accessing the highest standard of care.
We comply with policies such as infection control and health and safety, to ensure your safety is maintained whilst in our care.
All our physiotherapists are HCPC, CSP and ICO registered, and we abide by the codes of conduct and regulations of these governing bodies. -
Honesty is very important to us at Neuro Rehab Services.
Rehabilitation can achieve very different outcomes for different individuals, and we will be honest when setting your goals, to ensure your expectations are set correctly.
Although some people access private physiotherapy for maintenance of their long term condition, we will always be honest when we feel you have reached your rehab potential, and further progression is unlikely. You are then able to make an informed choice about stopping physiotherapy.
Rehabilitation appointments are usually 60 minutes, but if we feel you are able to progress to shorter sessions, we will offer this option to you.
We never have hidden charges. Our prices are on our website, so you know what to expect, and any extra charges, such as milage and travel costs, will be advised when booking appointments.
-
We want clients at Neuro Rehab Services to access the highest quality care.
This is achieved through our team having excellent clinical skills, post graduate training and a wealth of experience.
We are committed to continual professional development, to ensure our knowledge and skills are continually updated, ensuring you receive high quality treatment.
We will use client feedback to continually develop and improve our service.
We use outcome measures, to allow you to see your progress during your rehabilitation journey, but also to allow us to monitor our effectiveness.
