HAND THERAPY

Hand therapy is therapy-based management of the hand to restore or maintain the function, mobility and strength of the hand.

This is done through splinting, exercise, scar management and advice on aids and techniques to aid your activities of daily living.

Assessment and treatment plans are always bespoke, and made to fit your individual needs and goals.
